Raspberry Pi

Single board computers, like the popular Raspberry Pi, are providing opertunities to investigate programming and coding in exciting ways.  A Raspberry Pi 3 with built-in WiFi is currently available from adafruit for just under $40.00, and the tiny Raspberry Pi Zero is just $5.00

The following Raspberry Pi projects were developed as part of Seton Hall University's Space 154, with the idea that students, faculty, and staff new to the Raspberry Pi and coding would be able to get up and running with a successful project in less than two hours.

Display Board / Magic Mirror

A project for students, faculty, or staff to build their own digital signage (or base of a Magic Mirror).  Inspiration for this project came from Dakboard.

Home Theater PC (HTPC) with Kodi
